Velocified is committed to protecting your privacy and maintains compliance with Canadian Privacy and anti-spam laws & European GPDR, the standards of which are available for all our clients.
How we collect & handle personal information:
This is a business to business site serving clients primarily in North America. If you sign up to receive a business report, or guide or download an assessment or diagnostic tool we collect your name, email address & title. For more complex tools & reports we also request your telephone number in an optional field. We may use this information to send content related emails and information about our services, or to reach out and provide assistance in how the document or tool is used or to contact and communicate with past clients and inform prospective clients who have made enquiries about our products and services. We use a consent-based opt-in process that requires your acceptance to provide you with these reports and tools. You may opt-out at any time using a simple click form. This information is processed and stored in our private account using Mailchimp, a third party GPDR compliant service. This information is maintained on the system and permanently removed after 12 months. If you wish your information to be deleted before that, simply send us a request through the web-site. We do not share, sell or trade our list with anyone.
When you use our site form to communicate with us, the information you provide on this form with your enquiry is entirely consensual. This is processed directly to a company email so that we may communicate and respond to you where required.
When you sign up to view a Webinar or course, we process your name and email address through our 3rd party course provider Thinkific, which is also GPDR compliant, through a private account. We treat this information in the same manner as above.
When you or your organization conducts business with us to deliver training or consulting services, we also request your address, dept, division, branch & organization, and PO number, where required, as part of a written contractual agreement.
When you or your company purchase services or products through us we use secure transaction sites like Paypal, Stripe or a Canadian bank using a private business account. Purchase details, dates, amounts, fees, taxes, and the email address you used to complete the transaction are maintained on the payment processors site in accordance with jurisdictional legislation and standard financial practices.
The site uses Google analytics to monitor site traffic and activity and may set cookies and retargeting on the Google ad platform to view and optimize ad performance from our visitors.
Certain plugins and functions on this site may use cookies and by using the site you give your consent to accept these.
