We are a performance solutions company with a focus on learning, performance improvement and actionable experience design. Our clients come from a wide range of industry sectors and include medium sized, large and multi-national enterprises, organizations and government.
WHAT WE DO:
We design and develop fast-track learning and performance paths for entire job or talent roles. These are developed using our unique Talent Sprint process together with an internal team. The resulting Velocified Path takes people to full proficiency in a specific job or talent role in the shortest time while delivering measurable results along the way.
We also train and certify corporate learning and development staff, HR, OD, internal consultants and management staff to implement these projects in-house.
We provide strategic planning workshops and consulting services to assist executives with enterprise-level performance planning and identifying development priorities.
