In 2017 we changed our name from Learning Paths International Canada to VELOCIFIED to emphasize the importance of speed as a deliverable in the performance process.

Properly implemented, they result in significant cost savings and as much as 10-20x reduced training & development time. Other results are increased employee engagement and retention rates.

We have developed a tool that calculates pre-project cost savings for Velocified Paths.
